Canine Physiotherapy

Kyra, a certified Canine Rehab Physio, provides a full muscle and joint assessment followed by personalized therapy including manual work, massage, laser, dry needling, and exercise. Canine physio supports dogs of all ages, from playful pups to senior dogs with stiff joints, and helps catch issues early before they become injuries.


Shamanic Therapy

Guided meditative trance or breathwork, intuitive massage, energy healing, and sound therapy to access the subconscious, identify and release energetic or emotional blocks, and support psychological and physical healing, clarity, and integration.

Matthew Johnson

Certified personal trainer, experienced coach, performance nutrition expert and bodyworker.

Matt is a passionate movement specialist with skills born of his unique athletic history. A life long athlete, Matt has extensive experience in competition rock climbing, mountain biking, running and natural movement disciplines like parkour. Matt has 17 years experience as a coach, strength trainer and educator. His competition career saw him travel the world in pursuit of international climbing events where he achieved 5 consecutive top 10 rankings in IFSC Climbing World Championships. Through his coaching work with the Canadian National team, Matt has been a major influencer of Canada’s climbing community from Montreal to Vancouver. He has supported many of Canada’s top athletes in their preparation for international events, including Climbing’s debut in the Tokyo 2020 Olympic games. Climbing is a young sport actively undergoing evolution year by year, a fact that has kept Matt’s approach to coaching dynamic, creative and innovative in pursuit of each individual’s peak performance.

Matt is a certified personal trainer, strength coach, performance nutrition expert and bodyworker with ​Adaptive Bodywork​ specialization. Matt’s passion and enthusiasm are contagious and help to reinforce the athletic culture he fosters. Kyra Klein

BA in Psychology, Masters of Science in Physical Therapy, Sports Injuries, Functional Dry Needling (IMS), Certified Yoga Teacher, Certified Vestibular Therapist, Paediatrics.

Kyra graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters in Physiotherapy. In her practice, Kyra uses a holistic analysis of activity, lifestyle and injury history to determine the root cause, rather than simply treating symptoms. Kyra emphasizes a balance between treatment, movement and education to empower her patients to lead a healthy lifestyle. Additionally, Kyra’s 18 years experience in gymnastics and aerial arts equip her to uniquely understand athletes and movers of diverse ages and abilities.

Katlyn O’Reilley

Katlyn is a registered Acupuncturist and TCM Practioner.

Her treatments focus on creating a calm and relaxing space to help regulate the nervous system, while educating patients on how to foster lasting change in their lives.

Katlyn uses acupuncture, moxibustion, gua sha scraping, cupping, acupressure and Traditional Chinese diet therapy in her treatments.
